EAST PALO ALTO — Nonprofit organization Moms Against Murder is offering a $10,000 reward in collaboration with police for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of a suspect in a 2019 killing, authorities said.

The organization and authorities are seeking information on Juan Carlos Solis, who has been identified as the suspect in the death of Victor Gomez-Rios, according to the East Palo Alto Police Department. Solis remains at large.

On Sept. 7, 2019, police found Gomez-Rios fatally shot in his vehicle, authorities said. He was found on the 1800 block of East Bayshore Road.
